Food and Agriculture Research Act

Creates the Food and Agriculture Research Act under which money is appropriated to the Illinois Council on Food and Agricultural Research (C-FAR) then allocated to University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Illinois State University, Western Illinois University, and any non-profit institution or agency in Illinois for food and agriculture research. Requires the Director of Agriculture to report to the General Assembly on the suitability of the allocated shares at 3-year intervals. (Full Act)
